Situed to the north of Riquewihr, the vineyard runs along the rather steep south and south-east flanks of the Schoenenbourg hillside at an altitude of 265 to 380 meters. The soil is rich in fertilising agents.
This Riesling Grand Cru Schoenenbourg has an intense smell with citrus notes. In the mouth, it is wide and open in the start with a dense and opulent texture developing and lingering.
Enjoy this Riesling Grand Cru Schoenenbourg with fish in sauce, a warm fish terrine.
