The Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé vineyards are situated on hillsides in strong slope above the church of Ribeauvillé. It benefits from an excellent period of sunshine on very rocky clayey grounds and a nice exposure south-southwest.
This Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé has an intense and complex nose with mineral and lime notes. The mouth is long and structured with lemon and tangerine aromas. The ending is fresh and mineral.
This Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé is marvelous with sushis, grilled fish and seafood.
Serve between 10 and 12°C. Carafe if possible one hour before serving to allow the aromas to open up.Wine for long aging, 10 years or more. It will develop progressively complexity and elegance.
