The Riesling is the King of Alsace wines. Dry and racy, with various aromas from fruit notes (citrus fruits) to mineral aromas (flinty). Vigorous at the begining, it shows a well-structured and a long lasting finale. Enjoy this wine young within 5 years to take advantage of its freshness and aromas.
Noble and racy, this is a fantastic wine for gastronomy. This Riesling goes marvelously well with fish, shellfish, white meats and our famous sauerkraut from Alsace.
