Pinot noir bio
A vineyard around the town of Ribeauvillé and worked using organic agriculture methods with no chemical treatments and producing low yields.
A very deep dark red colour for this organic Pinot Noir. Expressive and complexe nose with black cherry and vanilla aromas. The mouth is well balanced with silky and fine tannins. A wine to keep for 3 to 7 years. Its tannins will soften after a few years of aging.
Serve this Pinot Noir Bio with red meat accompanied by sauce, or deer.
Serve between 10 and 12°C. Carafe if possible one hour before serving to allow the aromas to open up.
