This Bergheim Gewurztraminer has a typical nose with notes of candied fruits. Great in mouth attack with rose, mango and fig notes.
Ideal to accompany a shrimp curry or lamb and apricot tajine. He can also easily be served for aperitive.
Serve between 10 and 12°C. It should ideally be decanted 1 hour in carafe before serving to fully express its aromas. It can age from 3 to 5 years.
