With his rose and fig nose, this young and well-balanced Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergheim is a rich and structured wine, with a fresh  final.
This Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergheim is to be drunk with a foie gras, a “tarte tatin”.
A wine made for aging, 10 years or more, that can nevertheless be enjoyed in its youth thanks to its freshness and its aromatic richness.Serve between 10 and 12°C. Carafe if possible one hour before serving to allow the aromas to open up.
