A vineyard around the town of Ribeauvillé and worked using organic agriculture methods with no chemical treatments and producing low yields
Typical nose with pepper and litchi aromas. The mouth is well balanced with a spicy and dry ending.
To drink for aperitif, with spicy food (curry…), strong cheese like munster or blue cheese.
This wine with grand character is enjoyable young but can also age favorably for 5 years. Serve between 8 and 10°C.
