Vineyard on slopes harvested entirely by hand on the famous Ribeauvillé fault line that offers incredible diversity of terroirs.
Vinified and raised in the bottle for a minimum period of 9 months, respecting the traditional vinification process. The bubbles are thin and delicate, pure and white flowers nose and typical mouth.
This wine is an ideal companion as an aperitif or with dessert. A fresh, fine and racy wine, it accompanies any dinner or celebration.
