Transaction security hinges on a number of factors :

– Identification of the seller (Cyberplus Certificate Payment, provided from «Banque Populaire»),
– Confidentiality and integrity for all data exchanged guaranteed : Payment card Nr are never clearly seen on website and are never communicated to cyber merchants ( SSL 128 bits cryptography technology),
– Each transaction is linked with an agreement request made automatically to CB « Bank Card » network, that checks if card does exist and isn’t under opposition and/or stolen and max permitted ceiling not exceeded,
– Holder checking through security code that is on backside of the card (The three last digits on the back of the card have to be provided from holder on payment form).

Shipment information

Orders are usually processed the day after their receipt and their confirmation by payment, and therefore verification and at latest within 3 working days from the following day of order validation, subject to the availability of the Products.

It is suggested to write your phone Nr in your customer profile to reach out to you in case of problem.
